ContractSweep is an independent commercial service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or acting on behalf of SAM.gov, the U.S. General Services Administration, the U.S. government, or any federal, state, local, tribal, foreign, or other public agency. Agency names, program names, and marks are used only to identify public-source records and their issuers.

Public-source data

The Service currently uses selected records from the official SAM.gov Contract Opportunities API and may link to other public sources. Data may be delayed, incomplete, amended, archived, duplicated, misclassified, or unavailable. ContractSweep does not control the official source and does not promise complete coverage.

The official notice, amendments, attachments, performance work statement, wage determinations, site-visit instructions, and agency communications always control. Verify every material fact at the official source before acting.

Meaning of the relevance score

The 0–100 score is a deterministic review-priority signal based on factors such as NAICS category, service language, notice stage, set-aside information, active status, and time remaining. It is not:

• a probability of winning;
• a statement of eligibility or certification;
• a recommendation to bid or not bid;
• a legal, procurement, accounting, tax, insurance, bonding, wage, or compliance opinion;
• a substitute for reading the complete solicitation and attachments.

No award or income guarantee

ContractSweep does not guarantee that you will find a suitable opportunity, submit a compliant bid, receive an award, earn revenue, save a particular amount of time, or achieve any return on investment. Results depend on market conditions, eligibility, pricing, operational capacity, proposal quality, competition, agency decisions, and other factors outside our control.

Customer responsibility

You are responsible for verifying service area, registration status, set-aside eligibility, licensing, insurance, bonding, labor and wage requirements, taxes, past performance, staffing, equipment, site visits, deadlines, submission instructions, and all other bid requirements. Contact qualified professional advisers when appropriate.

Synthetic demonstration records

The public demo may contain records visibly labeled “DEMO” or “Synthetic demo record.” Those records are fictional interface examples and are not solicitations. Paid subscriber accounts are designed to exclude synthetic demo records.
